About: Japan Sencha Kakagawa is thought by many to be one of the truest expressions of Japanese tea, also highly capable of winning the hearts of all who drink it. Traditional Japanese green tea is steamed immediately after picking to eliminate any fermentation process, unlike Chinese green tea which is stored to ferment slightly before pan-frying.
Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. The taste will vary depending on the amount of tea used and how long it is steeped. Longer = stronger. If left too long the tea may also turn bitter.
