RETURNS
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged on arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the items being delivered to arrange return and inspection of the goods; after which a refund or replacement may be issued.
Changed your mind?
If your purchase fails to meet your complete approval or you have changed your mind, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange return and refund. Please allow 10 working days for processing.
Please note that refunds will only be approved once the items have been returned unused in the original unopened packaging. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods.
Postage
It will be the customers responsibility to arrange return of the goods in a suitable manner, ensuring correct packaging. The cost of postage will only be refunded if the item returned is due to damage or an error on our behalf, otherwise all post costs are payable by the customer.
We recommend that you obtain a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit on their return to us.
Feedback
Mistakes do happen on occasions and we really would rather know about a problem and be given the chance to fix it than not hear from you again. So please contact us to let us know what has happened.
REFUNDS
You may be required to return the goods before a refund is processed. Please contact us so we can advice.
After processing refunds will be credited back to the original paying account and can take up to 10 working days to appear on the statement.
Total refunded is subject to any discounts or offers in place on the day of purchase.
