About: Dandelion leaves have historically been used for many conditions. From detoxification of the liver and kidneys, to treating loss of appetite, stomach upsets, or increasing urine production, its uses are many and varied. It is even used as a laxative. Full of vitamins and minerals it is considered an all-round herbal winner.
Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. The taste will vary depending on the amount of tea used and how long it is steeped. Longer = stronger. If left too long the tea may also turn bitter.
