This picturesque garden has some of the best Assam black teas available. The tale goes that Ethelwold tea garden was named ‘Ethel’ after the daughter of the original British tea planter. The Ethelwold tea estate practices both conventional and organic farming with a focus on sustainability and community development.
Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. The taste will vary depending on the amount of tea used and how long it is steeped. Longer = stronger. If left too long the tea may also turn bitter.
