About: Studies of St John's Wort have shown to have a positive effect on one's state of mind. It is possible to help suppress insomnia and promote relaxation. Nettle influences nervous and mental balance. A food supplement, not a replacement. The recommended daily intake (RDI) is 2 heaped tsp = 2g of this blend. Do not exceed the RDI.
Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for people who are pregnant or on certain medications. Please consult your GP if unsure.
Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. The taste will vary depending on the amount of tea used and how long it is steeped. Longer = stronger. If left too long the tea may also turn bitter.

I drink this tea before bed when I feel anxious and it really works! it doesn't take long to brew and the best part is that it tastes very nice as well, always helps calm me down.
