Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. 1g per 100ml of 50-60C water. If the water is too hot, the tea will become bitter. Whisk in a medium size bowl until it makes a froth and drink immediately.
About: Matcha tea is labour intensive and uses only the highest quality of leaves, resulting in an exclusive and reassuringly expensive tea. An hour of grinding “Tencha” produces 30g of ultra fine powdered tea “Matcha”.
