Lemongrass is a common ingredient in Asian cooking and a traditional medicinal herb in Indian culture. This grass family plant grows in several areas, including Asia, Africa, Australia, and some tropical islands, and has a distinct lemon-like aroma and flavour.
Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. The taste will vary depending on the amount of tea used and how long it is steeped. Longer = stronger. If left too long the tea may also turn bitter.
