About: A speciality tea of the Fujian province in China. In the final stage of production the tea is hung in baskets over smoking pine wood fires to dry, instilling the signature smoky aroma and taste.
Brewing: Always use freshly boiled water. The taste will vary depending on the amount of tea used and how long it is steeped. Longer = stronger. If left too long the tea may also turn bitter.
