DELIVERY 

We endeavour to send out orders as efficiently as possible, with a 2-4 business day lead time.

PACKAGING

We aim to be as sustainable as possible and with this in mind all our teas are packaged into food grade EcoPack pouches that are biodegradable. 

We have also decided to reuse old packaging where possible, when it comes to shipping our products out. So please do not be disappointed or alarmed if your product doesn't arrive in a unblemished box; but be assured that we are doing our bit as I'm sure you are too!

DELIVERY - UK Only

All orders will be sent via Evri standard 2-4 business days and tracked as standard. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Shipping is free for orders over £30 
Shipping for orders under £30 is £2.99 

You should receive your order within four business days.

Local Delivery
Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm

Delivery fee is £1.50 and to only properties within the TR7 postcode area.

Orders for local delivery will usually be processed within 24 hours. You will be contacted before to ensure someone will be at home within a specified time.

Orders will not be left in a safe place, so you must ensure someone is home.

Click & Collect
Monday-Saturday 11am-5pm

Orders will usually be processed within 24 hours and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Collection address is Tea & Leaves, Unit 3, Killacourt, Newquay TR7 1DT

 

RETURNS

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged on arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of the items being delivered to arrange return of the goods.

Changed your mind? 
If your purchase fails to meet your complete approval or you have changed your mind, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. Please allow 10 working days for processing.

Please note that refunds will only be approved once the items have been returned unused in the original unopened packaging. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods.

We recommend that you obtain a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit on their return to us.
