Black Tea

Also known as Red tea in China; Black tea is created when leaves are fully crushed to enhance oxidation and are generally a lot stronger in flavour and caffeine than others.

Also full of antioxidants, black tea carries many health benefits, but are different from those in green tea, due to the oxidation process.
