One of the simplest, most accessible ways we can support our body’s health is through herbal tea. When we find a tea blend we enjoy, get excited to drink daily, and which contains the right things for our unique health - it’s an easy every-day winner!
That’s our hope for the Plant Wisdom range -that you can finally find something you do for your health everyday; something cheaper than a supplement, a step more than diet, and easy to stick with.

Hey, I’m Shannon, the Herbalist behind the Tea and Leaves ‘Plant Wisdom’ range. I gained my BSc in Clinical Herbalism from Lincoln college and I'm passionate about making health accessible!
Hannah and Baz and myself have collaborated on the new ‘Herbalist Certified’ range to bring the everyday health-supporting benefits of plants closer to home. I’ve formulated a number of blends with specific focuses in mind, choosing herbs backed by research, to make it easy for you to pick up a targeted dose of wellbeing.

Mr Tea - a men’s health focused blend, leaning on the long traditional use of pine, gingko, and nettle to support men’s vitality.
- Gingko : earthy, balances cardiovascular tone.
- Pine : traditionally used to target and support Men's health.
- Nettle : a bundle of minerals and vitamins essential to Men's vitality.
Hormonal Goddess - a woman's-health focused blend of traditional hormone-balancing, nutritious, and bright herbs to support your inner Goddess.
- Ashwaganda : an oaty-scented, hormone-focused adaptogenic herb from traditional Ayurveda.
- Sea Buckthorn : the only native British adatogenic herb that has been used to balance stress responses.
- Tulsi : an uplifting, minty adaptogen that balances mood.
Tummy Tea - a prebiotic-focused tonic-tea to soothe grumpy guts
- Chicory : a common source of inulin prebiotic fibre, chicory has a rich-coffee taste and feeds the gut.
- Burdock : traditionally cleansing and supportive of digestion.
- Oatstraw : mineral-rich and gentle on the gut. Oats are an ancient, tried and tested source of nourishment.
Queen Tea - focused on menopausal-relief, this green blend is balancing, uplifting, heart-focused and most of all, relieving.
- Hibiscus : a tart, exotic, vibrant flower traditionally used for hormonal balance.
- Sage leaf : traditionally applied to 'flush' and encourage a sweat, and balance female hormones.
- Motherwort : a leafy herb that takes its name from the way it's believed to 'mother the heart', this plant is a well-loved menopausal support.
